Team Agriculture Georgia (TAG) is a partnership that works primarily to further outreach efforts and share resources that promote positive change for the benefit of producers, our natural resources and agricultural communities. Created in 1996 by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Agriculture Council in Georgia, TAG's purpose is to identify opportunities for collaborative outreach in the form of educational workshops for small, beginning and limited resource farmers. TAG is an organization comprised of representatives from federal and state agencies, agricultural groups, state agricultural educational institutions, and non-governmental agricultural organizations.
